March 2026 Updates:
Dear Residents,
Businesses, and Property Owners,
The Art Loops
public art project will see additional installations this spring, including murals,
signage, and sidewalk decals throughout downtown.
One of the
largest projects is Festival Street, which will transform 200 South
(Main Street to 100 East) into a colorful, community gathering space.
Upcoming Street Closure Notice:
200 South (Main →
100 East) will be closed
May 25–31, 2026 for
community street painting and installation.
Some
intermittent access impacts may occur slightly before or after these dates
during project preparation and completion. City staff will work to maintain
safe access for residents and businesses whenever possible.
