Be dazzled Hollywood style with a light buffet by Marvellous Catering, big band dancing with the Moonlight Serenaders, a vocal performance by Gordon Harkness accompanied by Bob Bailey on piano, live artists at work, a gallery stroll, a rousing performance by the SHS Jazz Trio and Vocal Ensemble, and the crowning of the new Art Queen Royalty.

Delicious! Wayne Thiebaud exhibition at the SMA!
"Delicious" is perhaps the best way to describe the art of iconic American artist Wayne Thiebaud. Wayne Thiebaud: 70 Years of Painting will be on display at the Museum from 28 March - 27 July 2008. Stewart Fellowship Job Opening -
Application Deadline Extended
The Fellowship offers excellent potential for professional growth, a broad range of job experiences, and a positive work environment. The selected candidate for the Stewart Fellowship will assist with leadership & working roles in many areas of the Museum. The Fellowship is a full-time, temporary position, running from August 2008 through July 2009; 2-3 fellows will be selected to work 4-6 months each. Please click here for further information.

Would you like to gain great job experience in a dynamic and beautiful setting? Volunteer at Utah's first art museum, dedicated in 1937 as a "sanctuary of beauty and temple of contemplation." Our collection is composed of Utah, Russian and American art. Volunteer opportunities range from Curatorial, Art Education, Communications and Operations Internships, to helping with public programs, event planning, graphic design, giving tours, writing and more.
