Not long after the Museum closed due to COVID-19 guidelines, staff members began talking about how empty the Museum felt without art on the walls and people in the galleries. Normally during this time, the Annual Spring Salon would be on display throughout the main level. Since we had to postpone the Salon, we decided to curate an exhibition of staff and Board Member favorites from our Permanent Collection. Staff and Board Members nominated their most beloved artworks and had the opportunity to share a memory of that work and why it was meaningful to them. This exhibition shares some of those memories.
